How much it costs to raise a child

Today in my family studies 12 class i learned hoe expensive it is to raise a child. The older they grow, the more expensive it gets. This is because when they get older, they want more stuff, for example, name brand clothes. 


1 year old --> $10,220
5 year old --> $10,500
12 year old--> $10,990
15 year old--> $11,290
